POWER CLAMP SPEEDS METAL REPAIRS
The Rapid Line Power Clamping System contains all of the tools required to complete sheet metal repairs. This compact system delivers the secure clamping power needed for holding panels and safely pulling metal.
Built around the patented RL-HA12 Hydraclamp, Rapid Line Industries points out that its line of precision-crafted products will provide years of profitable shop service.
The Hydraclamp is engineered to provide body technicians with superior clamping, and is designed exclusively for sheet metal repairs on unibody vehicles. Up to 10,000 lbs. of secured holding power is delivered with the use of the RL-HA12, which weighs only 10 lbs. with the ram.
To keep metal distortion to a minimum, full clamping pressure should be applied before pulling (unlike self-tightening clamps). Also, the clamp is designed to save time and labor because of its easy-on/easy-off clamping feature.
Specially engineered to grip securely, the Hydraclamp solves the problems of ripping metals, thereby saving time, money and parts.
The tool provides for the power holding of panels for welding, crimping and straightening. The removable mini ram is ideal for straightening frame rails.
The Hydraclamp is constructed of heat-treated ductile iron and grade 8 hardware.
Rapid Line Industries offers its Power Clamping System, which may be powered with a pneumatic, electric or hand pump.
Rapid Line Industries, Inc., has an impressive history of providing specialized products for the automotive industry. In addition to the universal, mobile-bench prototyping systems currently being used by automotive designers/ manufacturers, racecar builders and repair facilities around the globe, the company also markets the Rapid Line software tool for calculating and simulating engine, chassis and suspension design and development. MOBILE BENCH IS ENGINEERED FOR LARGE AND SMALL SHOPS
The Rapid Line Mobile Bench is engineered for rapid production in large and small shops. One man can set up the bench and mount a vehicle in just 15 minutes, in three simple steps.
Once the vehicle is mounted, it may be easily rolled from the pulling area to the assembly area, or to the paint booth. Unlike large, cumbersome benches, which take up precious floor space and tie up vehicles, a Rapid Line system may be installed for each metal man, keeping production and quality at its highest. Within 30 days of use, most shops experience a substantial increase in productivity and profits.
The Mobile Bench offers 360-degree pulling capability. The 11-inch datum base makes this system compatible with all universal measuring systems. Its 21-inch overall height is suited for working above or below autos, and for precision painting.
System components are expandable, so shops can start with one unit and add to the system in the future. The Rapid Line Mobile Bench can do even the most challenging jobs and handles even vehicles with extensive and severe damage.
Combining the Mobile Bench and accessories with Rapid Line pulling and measuring equipment, and with the Power Clamping System, gives shops complete collision repair capabilities.

POST PULLING SYSTEM FEATURES FAST, EASY SET UP; HYDRAULICS
Rapid Line Industries, Inc. offers its Rapid Power Pulling System, which designed to allow for a fast, and easy set up.
According to the company, as pulling begins the wheels recess permitting the unit to make effective pulls on a sturdy base. The unit is offered with or without hydraulics, since many shops have their own hydraulics.
This feature makes Rapid Power II more versatile, because unit's hydraulic ram mount allows the use of many different makes and ram lengths without needing special adaptors.
The unit features a unique swivel pin adjustment which allows for bi-directional pulling when using an added (optional) pulling head such as when pulling a frame rail and an upper cowl, using just one post.
Designed for strength, dependability and performance, the Rapid Power II is engineered to make quality repairs to the satisfaction of both the technician and the vehicle owner.
The unit is designed to allow one-man operation increasing productivity; is fully mobile and can be moved with one finger due to the cushion ride system; allows 50-percent faster set-up time; and offers 360-degree pulling capability from a low of 10" above the floor to 5' above; and the unit will work with 6", 8", and 10" rams without special adaptors.
Further, the Rapid Power II-Post System provides full pulling power at any point; will work in conjuction with all floor pulling systems; features high-quality carbon steel construction, jig welding, and machining for added strength; and saves time and money while providing top performance.
